Exchanges, Donations, and Lost Tickets
Ticket exchanges for Subscribers are free and easy! If you are not a subscriber, there is a $6.00 per ticket exchange fee, plus an upgrade fee if you go into a more expensive performance. To do so, please call the box office at 215.546.7824, fax the ticket information to 215.893.0895, e-mail email@example.com, or visit our Box Office at 265 S Broad St (Broad & Spruce Streets, Philadelphia). Please make sure to give us 24-hour notice. Ticket exchanges are made on a seat-available basis: we cannot guarantee the same assigned seats for another performance. Once you have completed a ticket exchange, your original seats are immediately resold. Our shows sell out, so don't delay if you need to make an exchange.
Here are some things to keep in mind when exchanging your tickets:
Tickets cannot be exchanged on the day of or after your performance. Please note: upgrade fees may apply if exchanging out of the production's initial first 4 weeks into an extended week. If you cannot find a suitable replacement date, you may also donate your tickets for a tax-deductible contribution. If tickets are exchanged into a less expensive performance the price difference is not refundable and will be applied as a donation to The Wilma Theater. We cannot exchange or donate tickets after the performance. Additionally, tickets may not be exchanged from one production to another.
If you’ve lost your tickets please contact the box office and we can replace your tickets for no charge!

During performances, the box office is open on the weekends: Saturday 12pm-7:30pm and Sunday 12pm-1:30pm (or 12pm-7pm when there is an evening performance).
