BOX OFFICE HOURS

During performance weeks, the Wilma Box Office is open Monday 10:30am-6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 10:30am-7pm, Friday and Saturday 12 pm-7:30pm, and Sunday 12pm-1:30pm (or 12pm-7pm if we have an evening performance). Between productions, the Box Office is open Monday-Friday 10:30am-6pm. The phone number is 215.546.7824.


PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE

Show times are as follows: Tuesday nights at 6:30pm, Wednesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm; Friday and Saturday nights at 8:00pm, and select Sunday nights at 7:30pm. Matinees are 2:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays and select Wednesdays.


LATECOMERS

Wilma performances start on time. To avoid disruption to the actors and audience, latecomers will be seated in available seats by the House Manager at the first appropriate interval, at the discretion of management. Doors to the Theater open 30 minutes before curtain time. Please plan to arrive in time to be seated.


LEGAL WARNING

The photographing or sound recording of any performance, or the possession of such recording equipment are prohibited in the Theater. Equipment will be confiscated, and violators are subject to immediate ejection from the Theater with no refunds.


DISTRACTING NOISE

The noise of beepers, cellular phones, electronic watches, candy wrappers, and inappropriate talking is distracting to the actors and your fellow audience members. Please silence all pagers, watch alarms, and cellular telephones or leave them with house management.


WEATHER POLICY

Performances at the Wilma go on as scheduled unless the City of Philadelphia is closed by the Mayor's Office. All other emergencies such as a Streets Department Snow Emergency do not affect Wilma performances, and shows will go on as scheduled.


TICKET REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final, no refunds. Please do not let your tickets go unused -- if you cannot attend a performance, contact the Box Office at 215.546.7824 prior to your performance to donate your tickets. Subscribers may exchange their tickets up to 24 hour prior to curtain -- all complimentary subscriber exchanges are governed by the policies as detailed in your Subscriber Handbook. Single tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to curtain for a $6 per ticket fee, plus any applicable upgrade charges.


CHILDREN

It is not recommended to bring children under the age of 12 to Wilma performances. Please call the Box Office at 215.546.7824 if you have any questions as to the age appropriateness of a particular Wilma production.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the building.


RETURNED CHECKS

There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.


ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES

Infrared hearing devices may be borrowed from house management in the Lobby.


WHEELCHAIRS

Wheelchair accessible seating is available in two seating areas. For your convenience, please reserve in advance through the Wilma Box Office. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before curtain time to allow adequate time to be comfortably seated.


TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY

All single ticket sales are final; refunds or exchanges are not permitted.  However, one of the many benefits of being a subscriber is the Wilma's Subscriber Ticket Exchange. Call the Box Office at 215.546.7824, stop by, fax us, or email us. You can also mail your tickets to us in advance, along with your request.

IN ALL CASES, WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR EXCHANGE REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE. Tickets cannot be exchanged on the day of your performance. Ticket exchanges are made on a seat-available basis: we cannot guarantee the same assigned seats for another performance. Once you have completed a ticket exchange, your original seats are immediately resold. Our shows sell out, so don't delay if you need to make an exchange. Here are some things you'll need to keep in mind when exchanging your tickets:

We are pleased to offer you FREE exchanges made in person, over the phone, via fax or email.

We must receive your exchange request at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to your scheduled performance.

We cannot exchange tickets on the day of your performance or after your performance has passed.

We cannot exchange tickets from one play to another.

Wilma Theater subscription prices vary by the day of the week. Exchanges into performances with a higher ticket price (Friday or Saturday evenings, for example) require an Upgrade Charge.

You may exchange your tickets as many times as needed, however any and all Upgrade Charges due must be paid. These Upgrade Charges will not be waived if you exchange back to your original performance.

If you exchange into a lower-priced performance, we will send you a tax-deductible donation letter for the difference. We cannot refund or credit the difference.
