- Sun/Tue Nights start at $31

Q: How many people qualify as a "group?"
A: You must have 10 or more people to qualify as a group.
Q: Who best fits the description of a "group?"
A: There are many ways in which patrons can qualify as a group. Here are just a few examples:
- Class trips, ranging from high-school to higher education. Designed to enhance your students' theatrical experience, we offer the WILMA CLASSROOM PROGRAM to assist educators with pre- and post-show discussions, workshops, backstage tours, special low rates, and more.
- Organize a club, organization, or staff outing.
- Spend an evening with friends or host a family gathering.
- All groups are welcome.
Q: When can I make a reservation to an upcoming show?
A: Once a show has been announced, you may make a reservation for your group. Please note that final pricing can’t be guaranteed without a deposit.
Q: Is there a handling fee with group sales orders?
A: No. As one of the perks of purchasing group tickets, the Wilma has waived all handling fees.
Q: Is there an advantage to booking my group early?
A: Yes. Group orders booked in advance are eligible to receive the highest discounts.
Q: Is there a deposit required to reserve group sales tickets?
A: Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled performance. For orders made within 30 days of the scheduled performance, a 50% deposit is due within one week of the reservation. Orders not held with a deposit will be released by the due date.
Q: What if I am unable to send the deposit by the due date?
A: To avoid cancelation of your order, please contact the group sales department at 215-893-9456 ext. 100 if payment will not be received by the due date listed on your contract.
Q: When are final payments due?
A: Full payment for a group sale must be received no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled performance at which point all sales are final.
Q: Can I receive a refund on my group tickets?
A: Group tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Q: How will my group receive its tickets?
A: Once you have paid for your tickets, they will be mailed to the group leader to be distributed among the group’s members. For tickets purchased less than 2 weeks from the scheduled performance, tickets can be picked up at the Box Office. It is recommended that for large groups of 40 or more people, tickets be picked up at least one day prior to the show.
Q: When does my group need to arrive at the performance?
A: Plan to arrive no later than one-half hour prior to the start time of the show. Performances begin promptly at the times listed on the tickets. Groups arriving late will be seated at an appropriate time during the show.
