Krista Apple (Zocha) is an actor, writer and teaching artist based in Philadelphia. At the Wilma: In the Next Room (or the vibrator play) - Barrymore Nominations, Best Supporting Actress and Best Ensemble, Macbeth, Leaving, Life of Galileo. Also in Philadelphia: Romeo & Juliet and Our Town (Arden Theatre); In a Daughter’s Eyes (Interact Theatre), Dark Play (Theatre Exile); 24-Hour Bald Soprano (BRAT Productions). Regional: Proof (Cape May Stage). Film/TV: Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Conquering Soceraphobia, and the_source. She is a proud member of the Philadelphia Artists’ Collective (the PAC), as well as a contributor to American Theatre magazine and a resident teaching artist with Theatre for a New Audience and Northwestern University’s National High School Institute.
