Celebrate summer on the Avenue of the Arts with the Wilma's 6th annual DanceBOOM!
We are pleased to welcome back curator Terry Fox and three distinctly unique weeks of programming by local and national artists.  Our first week of all male dancers in "MEN DANCING" will be followed by a week of visual intrigue with "ILLUSIONS OF SPACE".  The Festival will conclude with a program devoted to BalletX as they announce their upcoming residency at the Wilma.  Last year's move to June spawned a Summer Solstice celebration on the Avenue as we introduced streetside dancing and late night films.  Continuing with these traditions, we invite you to join us for a "high-flying celebration" (Metro) of dance that the entire city of Philadelphia eagerly anticipates each year.
